people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all

be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought
back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the
mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth

called to arms. In future years you will invade a land that has recovered
from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of

you will come like a storm; you will be like a cloud covering the land, you
and all your troops, and many peoples with you." |

go up against the land of unwalled villages. I will go against those who are

bars or gates, |

against My people Israel like a cloud to cover the land. It will come about

nations may know Me when I shall be sanctified through you before their eyes,

about on that day, when Gog comes against the land of Israel," declares
the Lord GOD, "that My fury will mount up in My anger. |

at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the
Lord GOD, that my fury shall come up in my face. |

that day: When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused,

in My blazing wrath I declare that on that day there will surely be a great
earthquake in the land of Israel. |

the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great
shaking in the land of Israel; |

sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all the creeping
things that creep on the earth, and all the men who are on the face of the
earth will shake at My presence; the mountains also will be thrown down, the
steep pathways will collapse, and every wall will fall to the ground. |

sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all
creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the
face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be
thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to
the ground. |

birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along
the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at my
presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every

a sword against him on all My mountains," declares the Lord GOD.
"Every man's sword will be against his brother. |

and with blood I shall enter into judgment with him; and I shall rain on him,

rain, with hailstones, fire, and brimstone. |

him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his
bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and

inhabit the cities of Israel will go out, and make fires with the weapons and

and for seven years they will make fires of them. |

cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons,
both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the
handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years: |

in the towns of Israel will go out and use the weapons for fuel and burn them
up--the small and large shields, the bows and arrows, the war clubs and
spears. For seven years they will use them for fuel. |

take wood from the field or gather firewood from the forests, for they will
make fires with the weapons; and they will take the spoil of those who
despoiled them, and seize the plunder of those who plundered them,"
declares the Lord GOD. |

wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they
shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled
them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord GOD. |

gather wood from the fields or cut it from the forests, because they will use
the weapons for fuel. And they will plunder those who plundered them and loot
those who looted them, declares the Sovereign LORD. |

about on that day that I shall give Gog a burial ground there in Israel, the
valley of those who pass by east of the sea, and it will block off the
passers-by. So they will bury Gog there with all his multitude, and they will
call it the valley of Hamon-gog. |

in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the
valley of the passengers on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses
of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and
they shall call it The valley of Hamongog. |

39:11 NIV) "'On that day I will
give Gog a burial place in Israel, in the valley of those who travel east
toward the Sea. It will block the way of travelers, because Gog and all his
hordes will be buried there. So it will be called the Valley of Hamon Gog. |

house of Israel will be burying them in order to cleanse the land. |
(Ezekiel

cleanse it. At the end of seven months they will make a search. |

men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the
passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after
the end of seven months shall they search. |

regularly employed to cleanse the land. Some will go throughout the land and,
in addition to them, others will bury those that remain on the ground. At the
end of the seven months they will begin their search. |

pass through the land pass through and anyone sees a man's bone, then he will
set up a marker by it until the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamon-gog. |

pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a
sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog. |
